Vanilla Voice Roast

Flavored coffee like French Vanilla is typically made through a process of adding flavoring to coffee beans after roasting. The coffee beans are first roasted to the desired level, usually a medium roast for flavored coffees to balance coffee flavor with added flavors. Once cooled, flavoring oils or extracts are added.  The beans are tumbled or mixed to ensure even coating of the flavoring. The flavored beans are allowed to rest, allowing the flavors to permeate the beans. The flavor profile often includes nutty, sweet, and creamy notes that complement the natural coffee taste.
